Ingredients
2 sticks salted butter room temperature
1/2 cup of Crisco Shortening
3 cups granulated sugar
8 oz sour cream room temperature
6 room temperature eggs
3 cups Swans Down Cake Flour
1 teaspoon coconut, almond, lemon and vanilla extract
1.5 ounce Island Pineapple Jello Gelatin (optional)
Glaze/drizzle
10x powered sugar
Evaporated milk
Lemon extract
