Wow, I'm playing the game totally wrong and think way too small - as everyone who isn't THAT far in, I guess^^. I came here to see if there are any wall tiles with openings for the refinery's in- and outputs that I just might not have unlocked by now. In the end those in & outs were the only things NOT covered up in your build :D Looks awesome. I'm immediately checking out your other videos for more inspiration before continuing my construction site at my first oilfield^^.

Looks great! Would love to see another build that doesn't have the single foundation gap in between - seems like a big waste of space if you're laying down rows of 50+ refineries.

You probably dont mean it badly, but the "waste of space" is just part of his style. In this style, each thing needs its own space to shine :) I dont think bulk and detail usually go well together, or at least its extremely time consuming to get right. Leaving space gives more options and makes it easier

I really like the refineries itself, but the input and output section looks to cramped for my liking. I'm a huge fan of an open outdoor context when it comes to refineries. Also because i tend to build dozens of them once i reach later tiers.

Can you make a video how to Design something awesome like this but as a blueprint to make it large scale? Do this for 3 refineries is no issue but adding so much detail for a big plastic or rubber factory is quite time consuming and I often start to get boring and keep my factory unfinished...

refineries in the default blueprint designer are a pain as it's barely big enough to fit in two. With mods you can have a 8x8x8 foundation designer. That one can handle something like this with ease.
