Oh, happy day, sweet soul! Today, I have a gorgeous, sunrise inspired crochet shawl that I know you're going to love! The stunning, half-circle Alectrona shawl features a beautiful gradient fade, lovely marling, and delightful, lacy textures.
In this video, I demonstrate how to work the special stitches used in this shawl, as well as how to get started with the Magic Circle cast on.

I have found that I enjoy the quietness of mornings. In the spring and summer, enjoying coffee on my deck and seeing the glorious start to the day makes me happy and think of possibilities. I start my morning out with a meditation before I get out of bed. Then I sit with a cup of coffee and enjoy the quiet morning. If I’m at my cabin I will sit in the screened in porch and drink my coffee and listen to the birds waking up. Morning is my favorite time of the day.
