Wow this is perfect timing. My employer has the EMC contract in my area (Philadelphia PA metro & south central New Jersey ) but manager hasn't "turned on support yet". I think the techs are not up to it yet. I just finished the courses on Data Domain, next I need to study Isilon so I am gong to try what you are talking about. Looks cool man!
What type of hardware do you load this on? I have an old ebay Poweredge 730 xd that I could try it on. Does it run bare metal or on top of Windows/ Linux? Did you put it in a hypervisor?
