You are the first person I have seen whose videos are reeeeeally easy to understand and very helpful. Thank you very much for your detailed instructions)
I have been doing makeup for a long time. I'm almost 36 🙈 Lol! But I can't use setting powder because it makes my skin look awful. 😕 It will make it look like crepe paper... Which is NOT how I wanna look!! 😂 So I skip that step. I don't use foundation anymore. I just use a concealer that matches my skin best. I use Nyx. I just do under my eyes, around my nose, chin, and that's about it. I blend it outward, then I'll do my bronzer, blush, and such. It looks much more natural than using a foundation. Also, concealer on any acne. Which I rarely have any.
I too don't use powder bcz I have dry skin and yes I use moisturizer and primer still powder makes lines more prominent so I skip it. I don't use bronzer, just blush (tbh I am also kinda scared of bronzer bcz I am a brown girl with very yellow skin and I feel like bronzer will do sth weird).I use light blush and sometimes I just use my pink lipstick as blush and then use CC cream over it. @@caitlinmyriah7657
You always help me I’m 54 and if I want to know something about make up I go straight to your videos. No nonsense not trying to sell me anything just excellent advice and I am always complemented on my make up because of you 🎉 😊 Thank you
Almost 40 here and am just now considering using makeup lol. I did not realize how much stuff has to go on the face. Please keep making theses videos because you are changing my life lady! Blessings to you and everyone here❤
Have you done a video on what brushes to use for what kinds of makeup? I never know what brushes to use for my foundation or what brushes to use for the setting powder. I always get creases under my eyes. I would love a tutorial on basics for blending brushes and face brushes in general 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Even tho I’ve been doing my makeup on the reg since I was like 12 (now 16) I still love watching beginner outlines/instructions bc tbh the validation that I can do at least this one thing right is really nice.
What is the powder you used? I get my makeup at the drug store and there are like different types of powders if that makes sense. Like pressed powder, loose powder etc. Maybe I’m just stupid but I would be really thankful if someone could tell me what type of powder she used. Thanks 💖
I wouldn't recommend foundation for beginners just start with a concealer and then slowly if u need foundation then you may buy and use it but don't just start with foundation
i’m not a beginner in makeup and think i have a rather complex routine at times but this is a wonderful video! it’s actually in depth and explains things to beginners, you are a wonderful teacher! your makeup looks wonderful
Can you please do a version of this but with tinted sunscreen - which order does it go? I don't know if I'm doing it right but I do moisturizer, sunscreen, foundation, concealer, highlighter
Now this is a basic make up video that is doable for me! ❤I’m a 42 year old mom and I’m wondering if this works on more mature skin. I’m also looking for eye make up for women over 40 since aging left me with hooded eyes. Any and all tips are super welcome! 🙏
Seriously, thank you so much. I’m 35 and have been wearing some kind of makeup since I was like 14, but it was always tinted moisturizer or BB creams. Full face makeup was only ever worn for theater or dance performances and that was HEAVY and exaggerated. Your channel has helped me see that makeup can look well done but not overdone. I truly hope you continue in this field because you’re a great teacher!
i’ve grown pretty proficient with makeup in the last few years, however, there are things that I need to go back and refresh in my mind. I’ve noticed that your page has shifted more to actual helpful guides and tips to help beginners and to even better advance your preexisting makeup routine. i love your content and approach to makeup and advice.
Yess this is 1 one but you can do --- 1. Moisturer's 2. Primer 3. Foundation 4. All your powder products such as (bronzer) (blush) (contour) 5. Add loose powder 6. Concealer 7. Add pressed powder to the part way u put concealer + add loose powder as well and wipe off after !! 8. Add more blush if you want 9. Add liquid blush 10. Add highlighter 11. Add mascara 12. Add eyelashes 12. Add lipliner 13. Add setting spray!!
Do you have a video on how to properly apply eyeshadow? I was told there was a powder of some sort that I need to apply to my eyes before applying eyeshadow to make the color more vibrant so I don't have to put on so many layers of eye shadow. I need your help 😂😅
I've never used bronzer. Kinda scared i'll just make my face look splotchy. I've watched videos that are crazy complicated. Would you explain proper placement of bronzer vs blush?
I love this channel...new sub, I've just been dooing a tinted moisterizer, and setting spray, and that's been working good for me, but who knows...I'm feeling like soon I may want to up the anty...anywho...could you recommend really dazzling super whitening eye drops???? Thanks
Wait if concealer is like “a more full coverage foundation” then why don’t we just wear pure concealer instead of foundation?? What’s really the purpose of foundation Edit: don’t judge me I’m 16
1st: skincare 2nd: primer 3rd: setting powder all around your face & tzone (or skip your setting powder) 4th: color corrector for your fit your own skintone.
Super helpful! Thank you. Just a question, though: I just recently bought some primer, but it is this white cream colour? I'm new to make-up, and I have no idea I have google it, but I'm still unsure
My rlly big question is. When blending you foundation, concealer, bronzer, blush etc. I use a beauty blender I’ve heard u can wet it with stuff, but what product would that be like so that all your makeup goes on smoothly
Most pro makeup artists I'm aware of do concealer first, then foundation if necessary. The more complexion products you put on your skin, the less natural it's going to look. So it makes sense to just apply coverage where it's needed and evaluate from there.
