Rave culture is about the people s much as the music, I was there pre rave and seen it arrive, fully emersed myself, was a dj through the whole rave era and fully enjoyed the love of the ravers for the music

I've always loved the black and white art associated with these events, something that's been going on since the early 1990s spiral tribal SS. Usually with lots of spirals, circles, zig zags and transformer characters made out of speakers, does the art form its self have a name? I've always just called it tek art.

What’s the impulse response of these like after setup?? I would imagine there’s a ton of comb filtering. I honestly can’t imagine this sounding very good at all 😅 at least in comparison to a modern line array
In comparison to modern line arrays, which are totally awesome for bringing a well balanced clear sound to various rows, these things simply move mass. I imagine this to be more about that than the actual quality of sound.
Why do you think that comb filtering would be more likely in this instance? My understanding is that this occurs due to improper setup when there is a greater distance between speakers such as when delay stacks are used.

Half people seems lost, by night it's alright but during the day I wouldnt feel right in this atmospher, even if I love sound systems and parties (outside, not in clubs...)
