What sets this home apart from other equally luxurious homes on the Venetian islands is the landscaping, isn't the kitchen or the staircase (which I find too heavy for the space tbh), what makes this special is the landscaping. It's absolutely perfect. Even if it cost $1 million, considering the cost to build, it's a good investment. It really sets this property aside from others.
