1. Does it have a private elevator ? Penthouses such as these tend to have more private/discreet entrances that allow the owner/ tenant access to their property away from prying eyes, an absolute necessity 2. How many parking bays are allocated to this property ?

We should all be live in this fabulous lifestyle. Everything about this exquisite penthouse is absolutely point I only have three words to say for this masterpiece, beautiful, simply beautiful.
Gorgeous viewing of the space, I loved the subtle gold finishing on the floors and combinates.( kinda give a royal illusion) The way they played around with the marble wall is spectacular, one would expect it to end in the kitchen and living area but the fact that it runs along to the bathrooms was smart. And its paired well with the gold plated wall.( almost looks like honey) Not stoked, regarding the overall outside view but all together beautiful space.

2nd bedroom bathroom views should be for main bedroom also vice versa for main bedroom bathroom view. Anyway how much for the whole apartment, l don't want to rent it?.
I like you videos bro, but I wish you would give us stories more than describing what we all see. I believe there are more stories in all that you showcase, about the suburb about type of design, future plans of the area toured. All different thoughts that went into what we see. More depth bra.
Honestly, at this level I would expect wording and descriptions on an international level I watch a lot of these video and property programs. Butlers pantries are a hot commodity and missing the opportunity to call it that means you missed the mark in my opinion. Soft closing cabinetry is rarely pointed out these days at the highest tiers. All and all, I think a little more research can take you a long way
@@LetsPropIn The gold walls, the ones on the tv are the same as the ones in the bathroom. Would love to see consistency on theme of marble and wood, gives a more premium look. The gold walls, made it seem like a cheap attempt at luxury. MY OPINION 😂
@@LetsPropIn The marble and gold plating on the walls are Both kitsch. There is no open flow from living area to living area and from bedroom to bedroom. The passages are too narrow and too many pillars in the wrong places. Fixtures and fittings, including the doors, look cheap and the whole design is like a rabbit warren. The flow on each level is poor. Terrible place or maybe I'm just used to a better standard.
