Ahh.. still there in that beautiful place...those views never get old the apartment views are to die for. Ski lifts, waving at the passersby. The apartment feels cozy and warm even with the high ceilings. Saw the shot of the houses looks like a picture postcard village. Enjoyed the video.
Shandy wages, champagne aspirations, keep me from purchasing in Norway, come to think of it..stopped me from buying in my home town of Lincoln too..doh!!,..love your channel and content. Happy new year.
Loved certain details. Magnetic remote control, hidden storage, cohesion of colours & building materials i.e. polished concrete, wood and glass. Thumbs up everyone. HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR 🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾
These guys at LHM are masters of design. The attention to detail, the finishes, the whole atmosphere. Their previous house you toured and this as well, it's just incredible. I just switched profession to interior designer, and this is so inspiring! Thanks for the tour.
Top 3 home on this channel easily. People throw the term cozy around liberally but this truly encapsulates that feeling. The lighting in the hallway was amazing. Funny detail: the jangled messy random string lighting hanging on the balcony 😂
nice finish, but open plan is IMO over-rated. The kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine etc. It max's usable SQM for function but at the cost of noise bleed and echo and poor acoustics in large spaces. Kitchen / Eating, then snug/lounge spaces for quietness. On the duplex level, you would still have noise from the TV, dining room, and kitchen space.
nice cozy interiors but the price is quite high for the space on offer and the design falls short on different levels. Kitchen is not very functional unless its for one person, not much storage space anywhere, bathrooms have no windows, upper bedroom is cramped for ceiling, noise control would be a problem, how does one go do groceries? ride a polar bear down the hill? 4 million euros seems too high honestly for what is on offer. love the interiors though.
The landing space is dead space. Nobody will ever sit up there. It is better to use the space to make it a grand master suite separate from the other 2 bedrooms.
