You guys got the video title all wrong. It should be "7 AR Smart Glasses marketing ads with varying degrees of accurate representation" because the simple fact is, most of what you're being shown is distinctly not at all representative of the actual product or what it's currently capable of doing. The Microsoft HoloLens are the worst offenders on the list. They were overpriced, under-engineered garbage that failed to do 80% of what they were "supposed" to do according to the marketing for them, and the other 20% that they could do was disappointing and shoddy at best. Basically this entire video is a collection of products vaguely stealing their design ideas from the MCU's Iron Man and, generally, failing to accurately adapt those ideas to real life.

Only thing we are now better in is making high tech trailer so real that we feel it is reality

Recon Jet was silently cancelled by Intel in 2018. BIG MISTAKE...the application for Enterprise when coupled with Atheer were endless. Intel partnered up with Toshiba for a unit that runs off of Windows 10 and costs a minimum of $2400.

Atheer one went a bit over the top with the ad xD ... the only real deal in this line up is the holo lens the rest is basically just presenting the idea.. whilse hololens can actually do all of what we saw. but well its 2 years later now sooo

Note,.. NONE of these were rendered from the devices, they're all computer generated advertising films. Augmented reality is just like VR,.. wildly hyped, largely ignored, poorly implemented.

As a commercial drone operator, I'm looking for something like this so I can have better flight control flying in close quarters, while still providing me with VLOS. I'm really looking forward to the release of BT-300's, but that price is going to be a killer. Any suggestions for similar FPV goggles that provide VLOS, without breaking the bank? Between my new S7 Edge, my Phantom 4 Professional & Christmas, money is a super tight right now. I understand that when it comes to tech, the old adage of "you get what you pay for" usually holds true....
