Say what you will about Stephanie, she could be manipulative and sneaky when pushed, yes, especially when it comes to her family... but that old Broad was at least _Fair_ in most situations, and *definitely* had a code of honor. She was willing to give up Eric because she didn't want him "that way". I never saw a Logan do shit like that. Props to Donna, though, she was willing to protect her family, too.

@@RealTalk1411 Well if we're going into details: *[a]* In Stephanie's case, there's no real physical harm. Yes, Storm would be in prison, but if Ridge could stand it, so could he. While a threat, it's a _little_ bit different than "Do this or I'm going to kill someone you love." So yeah, there's a magnitude issue there... *[b]* Storm was actually _guilty of a crime._ While I don't necessarily hold that "All is fair in Love and War," I _do_ understand that there is no Geneva Convention regarding romantic rivalries, so its best to use what one has, and there is some gray area. Donna has youth, beauty and sex appeal, with a certain amount of care, the first three which she _uses anyway_ to stay with Eric behind Stephanie's back when she had already _Agreed_ otherwise. Stephanie has history, strength, her devotion, and well.. the leverage on Storm. I'm not saying its "laudable" how she makes use of it, but again, she _did_ stick to _her_ end of the agreement, where as on that same "love/war" principle, Donna just outright _did not._ *[c]* There was a greater risk to Stephanie because in lying to protect Storm she would have actually _perjured herself_ ... which is a *crime.* Meaning _she_ was actually shouldering some shit she _shouldn't have to_ for their family's benefit, _Especially_ considering what Storm did was a direct assault. Now mind you, the Situation seems flipped with Pam... but the difference being, Stephanie *actively did what she could to both bring Pam in so that she was no longer any threat, AND protect Donna's family.* After finding out what Pam did, she _could_ have let the situation stay to her benefit... but she _didn't._ Furthermore, she herself _assured_ Pam was no longer a threat; no such guarantees were made with Donna's brother. *[d]* Pam's threats against the Logans were _illegal,_ where as Stephanie's were simply self serving. As pointed out above, by _not_ going to the police, she actually committed a crime in the Logan's _favor._ They only time that comes to memory when a Logan helped Stephanie was... okay, aside from Brooke being with her when she died, did a Logan _ever_ help Stephanie? I'm sure Katey probably has, but that always felt more mutual to me, like the way Stephanie supported her in the hospital and they actually developed a regard for one another. Beyond that, nothing really comes to mind.
