The only person I see who can fit in the role of Joker(Batman series) is Ed Speleers (Stephen Bonnet). He's dark yet there's something about him you just can't resist, well, at least I can't. OMG, call me crazy but I wished to see more of him in the series.
My fear from that s4 scene of Brianna’s nightmare, that he’s developed some twisted obsession for a ‘family life’ with Brianna & Jemmy seems to have been somewhat confirmed by his S5 appearances (as of eps 2 & 4)...
well, it is a twisted obsession for sure BUT at least he's trying to change the way he is before coming back for her... Roger remained the same old toxic "nice guy", shedding male tears about Brianna being probably pregnant from her rapist and not pure anymore for him, then he only came back to marry her and now takes her for granted, as he always had... I mean, seriously XD At least Bonnet is making an effort (a really bad sociopathic one, but still... ahah)
Rosie x It was implied; in the pre-title credit- it follows up in the conversation between Brianna & Mrs Bug, about ‘the Irish gentleman’ who gave Jemmy a coin.
@@stepha.6509 ya u got to be kidding me ya he had compation for his son. But not really Brianna he takes her to his home to sell her don't give that jocker Harley relationship
@@alishamacaulay7064 hey not everyone has read the books, no spoilers please 😅 I know Bonnet is a psycho but Roger isn't much better with his marriage nonsense and the toxic power he wants to have over bree.
Wait?! I think I caught a movie mistake. (Which would be a BIG mistake to go unnoticed) Being that the show has MADE George Washington a character whom Jamie & Claire meet. Claire even explains to Jamie GW will one day be one of the most important men in history as the 1st president. When Bonnet is talking about being 17 and the crew needing a sacrifice for the foundation. Since they hated Bonnet, they chose to do a coin toss to decide if he lives or dies. Does Bonnet say, they explained a coin toss was done by flipping a coin.. “Georgies head he lives...by his arse, he dies. Or did I hear the dialogue wrong? George Washington was alive, but wasn’t yet president. His face wasnt on money, yet. Nor was it on coins when Bonnet was just 17.
EDIT: I may have solved my question! 😂 I had a dream about it. (I often have dreams that help me find misplaced items or solve problems... I’m weird) So evidently it was bugging me enough to literally sleep on it. Anyway... before George Washington was president and on money. Wasn’t there the “Bonnie Prince George”? I wonder if it was he who was on coin Bonnet was flipping?!
Lol, why would a deposed French prince be on the coins of an English colony?? And it was Bonnie Prince Charlie, not George. The George on the coin in this scene is King George, King of England. This was pre-revolution America- they were still officially part of England.
Apparament Brianna à réussi à toucher le coeur de Stephen Bonnet. Dans d'autre temps il serait peut être devenu un homme politique ou un avocat plus ou moins honnête, en tout cas un personnage remarquable.
