watching this 6+ years later feels so surreal, considering all the things the warriors went on to do and the untimely death of Kobe. wish i could go back to 2015, i would have appreciated it more

All-time 3-pt% stats : 1. Steve Kerr (.4540, 1599 3PA in 16 seasons) 2. Hubert Davis (.4409, 1651 3PA in 14 seasons) 3. Steph Curry (.4397, 2058 3PA in 5 seasons) In 5 seasons, Steph has already taken 459 more 3-point shots than Kerr during his entire career, and still has a 3PT% difference margin of only -0.0143. Curry is the greatest 3-pt shooter of all time. And also 2nd most efficient scorer behind LeBron James, in the league right now. Chris Paul is better as an overall PG though, if you take in consideration even the other contributions, not only scoring.

He is for real. Last season, him and LeBron had the higher Point per FGA rating among all the top 10 players in PPG. Lebron = 1.219 Point per FGA Curry = 1.131 Point per FGA Durant is 3rd with 1.119 Points per FGA.

Love to watch him play, dribble around and stepback. The footwork is amazing, I really learned alot watching him play. If he keeps improving that 3point record of Ray Allen will be obliterated!!

Stephen is the best scoring PG in the league, undeniable fact. Would I say he's the best? I don't know, a healthy D. Rose or John Wall would probably contend that, but as overall SCORER? Curry is almost completely unguard-able.

Well, I think is dribbling might be a bit better than D Rose, and his shot is infinitely more lethal than John Wall, so he makes up for his slightly less athletic skill.

Well, you have to remember that there really isn't one specific mold you have to fit to be a great player. Everyone has their own strengths, so picking who is "best" isn't all that easy. Guys like Wall are certainly going to hurt you in transition, but they can't score on you like Step Curry in half court. Chris Paul isn't as fast as Wall or as lethal a shooter as Curry but his court vision is the best in the game. My point is, I don't think it matters who is "best" in the league. What really matters is if the PG in question is the right fit for the team.

Curry is the best combo guard in the game. What people fail to realize when they compare Curry to Chris Paul is that Chris Paul approaches the game with a pass first mentality. He sets he's teammates up then looks for his shot later, Curry looks for spots to score, he's not exactly a shoot first point guard, but he will shoot if you don't respect his range or driving ability. Some people hound Curry about his turnovers and shot selection, but he needs to play aggressive so that he continues to demand a double team. He really is the only PG that I've seen that gets trapped as soon as he passes half court, Not Paul, Westbrook, or Rose every got trapped like that during the whole game.

On almost all his releases, Curry is already back-peddling to get back on D. That's amazing confidence. Great form, technique, handles, quick release off the dribble, etc. Crazy talent.

What I love most about Steph is he plays to the crowd very well. Like how nonchalant Ray Allen was. He'd hit a 3 consecutive 3s and just get back on defense. Curry would hit 1 and yell to the crowd. Love watching him.

Been saying since I saw him at Davidson that he reminds me so much of Mahmoud Abdul Rauf. Not as athletic but slightly taller and a little bit better as a playmaker/distributor. Their games, especially their shooting style nd handles are eerie similar.

If I'm an NBA player their are about 4 players that I don't want to have the task of guarding. Kyrie, Lebron, KD and Steph. He steps inside Half court and he's in range He can take it to the hoop and he, and he's a good passer. No good way to guard him.

No it was 2012-2013 he was averaging almost 23 points that year. He put up a 54 point performance that season. And he put up a 44 point 11 assist game in the second round of the 2013 nba playoffs against the spurs and was two wins away from the wcf.

Warriors are the sole reason why the Knicks are still hurting for a consistent PG to this very day. The year Curry was draft eligible, EVERYONE thought NY would end up getting him, but Golden State (who were one spot ahead of the Knicks in the top 10) swooped in and stole him away from them! Knicks fans in attendance were not too happy about it, lol. And when NY fumbled their pick away by selecting an unnecessary frontcourt player in Jordan Hill when other notable PGs like Brandon Jennings, Jrue Holiday, and Ty Lawson were still on the draft board, they REALLY voiced their frustrations right then and there! Congrats, Warriors. You just scored yourselves a franchise player in the making. ;-D
