Sorry sir..my english wasn't good..did they discussed about Ronnie shaked StephenH hand and considered the match at wsc 20??,Ronnie was lead the match while he considered..Stephen was shocked!!..are they discussed about it?
Great these two have such a great relationship.Ronnie has a wicked sense of humour, and Stephen comes across as a genuinely down to earth guy. They should do commentating together. Alternative fun commentary.
The respect these 2 have for each other is incredible - Ronnie touched on 1999 - what a fabulous semi these 2 played - The other semi final was - Williams & Higgins - as of 2023 these 4 have 21 world titles between them - that shows the quality of that era
It’s strange how people come across so differently in different situations. Ronnie O’Sullivan doesn’t always come over well after matches on TV, but here talking with someone he obviously respects hugely he’s relaxed, engaging and extremely funny. That was brilliant. His story about the one and only The Nugget was priceless. He was probably uploading his Magma bootlegs.
So nice to watch and follow the conversation between the two greatest of all time. More talent than anyone can really imagine between these two. Thanks for all the wonderful excitement over the years. When you here them talk like this it really shows the humanity of both of them, just regular fellows with amazing talent.
Stephen is a genius at par .Ronnie has a kind heart and deliberately gives others a chance to perform. Its a rarest rare quality which makes him great....more than great....
Can you imagine a youtube channel with videos of those two playing in a garage snooker table and doing fun challenges and tricks; That would be awesome...
Absolutely love U 2 guys thank you so much it’s like listening to Wasim and Waqar on cricket, thank you so so much would be great for you to reply to this message I will treasure this for the rest of my life.
I hear that bro! I've seen them both on commentary, especially during the recent T20I series with England, and they seem so much at ease with each other, and Mark Butcher was having so much fun with them as well! They also featured in documentaries about themselves, a lot of respect and camaraderie there, just like between Stephen and Ronnie.
thats a bold statement from Stephen that he doesnt think Higgins will not win another world crown he has been in the last three finals +John shops in my local supermarket i have spoken to him a true gentleman
he's had a bit of luck with the draw the last 2 years, Gilbert should've beat him but choked. Ronnie, Higgins and Williams are finished at the world's.
Adam Glasgow it’s refreshing to see they get on so well that’s why I love snooker.... Ronnie the most talented and Stephen the most driven, them 2 are the goats that’s a fact.
funny to hear ronnie going on about how he hates the crucible, doesn't suit him, can't be arsed with the length of the tournament, and 3 months after this he won it
Genuine warmth and rapport between these two. Ronnie said a few things to get at Stephen in 2002 which backfired when he lost. They soon got over it though.
Zhao Xintong is the highest ranked Chinese player at 9 but he's currently suspended along with the 2nd highest ranked Chinese player Yan Bingtao, who was also mentioned, at 16th.
The better question is who is watching it now after Ronnie left his seventh world title, they have 14 between them and been in 17 Crucible Finals and over 3 decades of being in the one table semi’s or better.
@@tomnorton7817 ✊I’m due a watch again, did you watch the chat when he said what he’d do next time he played Selby? Then couple of months later on the way to his 6th he did exactly what he said he’d do in the semi… Genius!
@@benshaw5910 it goes to show that his tactics weren't borne out of frustration but a deliberate ploy to avoid being drawn into a game and style he can't compete with Selby on. Keep the match on his terms. Might not win them all, but will win enough to make it count!
Cool story. When I was a kid in 1997 my mother took my sister to a spice girls concert. While my dad took me to the crucible. We saw John Higgins stood with his mates in a group of 4 and he started to run up the stairs to get ready for his match. My dad yelled "John, before you go can you sign this for my boy" and he came back down the stairs and signed my program. The next day ronnie hits a 147 in 5 minutes 22 seconds. I was in the crowd on the other table watching Alan McManus but I was in the centre and could see both tables. Not realising what had actually happened. But the buzz when we all walked out the arena was crazy. Even thou I was 11 and wasn't aware of the shit that just happened I still knew enough that it was special. It was the only time me and my dad went and it really sticks in my mind. Just thought I'd share a nice little story for anyone who reads comments. Have a great day 😀
@@Jordi1872. looks like we was both slightly out. Just googled it and 5 minutes 20 came up. Either way. Won't ever be beaten haha. Thanks for reading! 😊
Hi Stephen and Ronnie, as you have both played pool to a high standard, do you know why the top pool players don't seem to pay as much attention to their cue action as snooker players do, but they are still successful? I played snooker lots in my younger years(Falkirk, Scotland) and ag pool in Usa when their on business. Their cue skills are poor but they do play better than one would expect with poor stance, balance, action.
Hehe ronnie can't remember a good clearance of his... Let me remind him that brilliant 92 clearance he made in 2012 world final.. One of the best break of all time....
