This is the theme song between me and my best friend in high school. He'd play this for me on a regular basis and to this day he asks how I like my toast...I prefer it buttered.
Respond to this video... I AM IN NO WAY CLAIMING COPYRIGHT OR OWNERSHIP OF ANY CONTENT I UPLOAD ~The whole magic moment productions shit was done as a joke as play off to why I always play "This Magic Moment” at the begginning of these videos. Its just a lil inside joke. Furthermore, its not technically illegal because im not claiming ownership of said content. Im just supplying it to you on a certain platform (youtube) which in itself is copyright infringement
@TubaQueen12794 Dude you don't get it do you? He is placing his name on content that is not his. That is a breach of copyright law. he simply says that he "Brings you Stephen Lynch..." As if he owns the copyright to this.
@omfiguh114 Well first of all, its not his content. Therefore Its a breach of copyright. Secondly repetition is annoying. Thirdly people complain... Saying stop isn't gonna work.
................its good to see the youth have learned.....................morals? what a disgusting thing to say, now if you were about 7, 8 years older I would let the comment slip by, but my god! a little advice from an old timer, keep you legs closed until you can legally say "I'd like a beer please".
Your protected under fair use rules regardless. As long as you don't use more than 30 seconds of a song and as long as its not for profit you can use copyrighted material
@ThisIsSparta117 Look, You obviously don't understand copyright law. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) He is well within his rights to upload this as long as he is not either claiming ownership or making money. By stating that he "brings you" this content it appears like he would own it and any advocate of Stephen lynch could Get this video taken down Via DMCA if they wanted to due to saying you bring content to a group of people can be considered (cont)
@CChissel Hmm, okay this started with me simply giving a friendly warning to the uploader of a possible DMCA. And telling him with that intro if he doesn't put something like "all intellectual property belongs to respective owner" it may be removed if the actual owners see it, Then I got trolled and had a go at the dipshits who didn't know what they were talking about and I'm the guy who makes it hard for you to appreciate the video? Excuse me but how me having an argument with another..
@i1wingedangel Dude, I have no delusion that you think you own the content. I knew from the start you didn't, I simply was pointing out that it could VERY easily be considered a breach of the DMCA, Therefore if the legitimate owners wanted they could remove this video. An easy way of countering this is by putting at the top of the description "I do not own the content in this video all material belongs to the respective owners".
@tom133991 Well you see, I like to look at comments after I watch a video to see what other people thought about it. You simply can't enjoy something without analyzing every little thing about it. It's not a bad thing, and I know where you're coming from but, if it does happen then, which it wont...Because there is not copyright infringement going on, then it's that users fault. It's no one elses business.
@CChissel No, Stop making assumptions about me. "You simply can't enjoy something without analyzing every little thing about it" as previously stated I made ONE comment and then people like you started trolling me, Therefore I had to go into more detail to justify my claims. I have already stated this to you. I've already answered your other statement aprox 10 times previously so if you want an answer look back.
(cont) As a breach of the DMCA, Now I have no delusions that this guy thinks that he owns this content. Actually he just put up a comment explaining about it, However that wouldn't stop them from claiming DMCA on this video. Next time learn the fucking law before saying "Your Dumb" which is for one the wrong "your" so in your sentence you're actually implying that I own "Dumb". And Singular I's are capitalised.
but not the act of putting magic moment productions brings you. Now if I were to be on a platform that was charging u fine ppl money and I was making profit then by all means youd all be spot on with you complaints. Its sorta like film festivals showing movie titles like Cannes Festival brings you angry bastards on youtube. They dont own said movies but they are the platform youre watching it on. My platform just happens to be my youtube channel
no i am not, but she's 15 and he's..what 29? i'm sure that's illegal in every state in the US, secondly 15 is way to young to be talking about stuff like that. Thirdly the rate of teen pregnancies and STD's have risen over the past two years after nearly a decade of decline. Which in my opinion is wrong, and somebody should be doing something about it, and by that i mean teens should stop screwing each other. honestly its a no win situation you don't know where that person has been.
