Most singing comedians arent very funny or musically talented so they put them together to disguise both. Stephen Lynch is actually funny and just so happens to play a guitar, just like Tenacious D are actually musically talented and just so happens to also be funny.

Yeah. He is a very talented singer and guitarist and he is very funny as a comedian. His facial expressions are great also like on 'Grandfather.'. He has a newer song(s) called queer tatoo which is on youtube and that is funny and great musically. Lullaby is my favourite still I think. The woman on his newer stuff is gorgeous and I wonder if Steve has hit that. lol. There was a great show of his shown in the UK on Comedy Central and I wish I had recorded that onto VHS and other things on tape back in those days. Ramble over I guess.

I know the half hour special you're talking about. It was "Comedy Central Presents..." and Stephen Lynch has his own special. You're not going to find it on youtube because Comedy Central has exclusive rights to all the Comedy Central Presents material. You need to go onto the Comedy Central website to find it. It's segmented and they got excessive ads before and after the videos but it should be on there.

I sang this to my very best friend when he fucked up and lost his daughter. I know it was a dick move but a dick move only a best buddy can make. We are still besties and he had his daughter, this song (sang by his best bud) helped him. Irony is fun
