Join the 'Hardest Working Man in Metal' & his band for travel and backstage shenanigans during the Christmas show on Dec 16th 2022 in McHenry, Illinois. Everyone was a little Stir Crazy on this particular snowy adventure..... Enjoy the sneak peak into Life on the Road!
start: gas station stop = RATT vandals in the snow
1:07: ride to the hotel
1:23: off to the show
1:49: impromptu jam in the hotel hallway with Troy Johnson (bass while Matt Thorne was away)
2:49: singing in front of the hotel
3:50 dance off anyone
4:16 who needs stairs
4:51 RATT N' ROLL
10:00: after show meet n greet
10:50: stir crazy drive back to the hotel
11:22: cool drive through this gorgeous snowy town at Christmastime.
13:46: next morning airport drive

Just subscribed to your channel I watch Jason Green’s tour diaries every week and enjoy watching them. Jason’s channel made me a fan of Ratt and SEP. Growing up In the 80s we were spoiled with many great rock bands. Glad to see SEP keeping it going. Will see his band in Foxboro MA this week can’t wait

The first 4 albums taught me to play guitar by ear. Sadly, in the 80's there wasn't a you tube to learn from, but the challenge was half the fun. Entered and progressed a few levels in Star Search's karaoke tournament singing "Lay it Down" as well. (Got my butt kicked in Chicago). Thank you for teaching me what became a career!

RATT and BON JOVI was my first concert! 83-84 can’t remember exactly…guess that means I had the FULL 80’s experience 😂 Little Rock Arkansas Barton Coliseum. I once painted RATT from across my street in front of my house so big you could’ve seen it from fucking space!😂 total full letters and artwork lol was grounded for awhile for that…but that was ok….drank beer and jammed to Ratt 😂😂 God bless Stephen!

My mom, 94, was a nurse for 50+ years. She took care of Luther Guitar Junior Johnson. Etc. Typed in his name - and this video popped up. Luther died on Christmas. Mom said, “ahh he was a nice guy”. This all started with Gary Moore cd - still got the blues 🎶 Maybe you should add a slow blues song to your set 🙂🥃

These guys are still selling tickets to the fans that were too scared to attend concerts in the heydays(nowadays concerts are like Sunday church services) or were too young to attend concerts back then,living in an outside map city also. But us who have been there still respect all these should quit now artists/bands and listen to their records every week, Live perfomances now are way too tough to watch/attend. Enjoy!!if you like 🤙

My favorite '80's band!... gone downhill, hanging by a thread, with sparse crowds, no newbies and all of the old coots like me pay to see Stephen's outdated antics...I wonder how Bobby and Juans' versions are doing...I'll go check them out!🏃
