In this fresh episode of "Photosound," we're dissecting the audio profile of a singular object: the stapler. Utilizing a Zoom H5 microphone, we seized the clicks, clacks, and metallic snaps emanating from this office staple. These sounds were skillfully edited and funneled into the Digitakt via Elektron Transfer. Each of Digitakt's 8 pads received a unique stapler-generated sound, further manipulated using an assortment of filters, pitch alterations, reverberating effects, and time delays to fabricate an original composition.
Fun Fact: Did you know the modern stapler was invented in the 18th century, and one of the earliest patents was filed by a French clockmaker?
