Ray has to get a lifetime restraining order against his mother because of that life insurance policy. I hope something is going to be done to get that life insurance policy cancelled so that she can never use it against Ray again
If she doesn’t pay the monthly/annual premiums it won’t be valid at that point for the stepmother won’t be able to claim the policy, especially because she is part of the life threatening issues.
How could a "Mother" do that to her own child? That is so horrible. I'm glad that Ray is with his father and sister and is getting better. It is really sad 😢 that he has to know it was her.
Three years are ridiculous. Even in my country (Germany), where jail sentences are usually shorter than in America, this would be considered extremely short and probably it would be impossible unless she is psychotic or something similar. For me it is the most unimaginable way to kill. I can imagine shooting somebody (no I will not do it), but to act friendly and take care of any person, let alone your own son, and then to kill him slowly, is only possible, if you're rotten to the core.
I hate to be that person, but literally would be the most efficient way to avoid getting caught. Some people also like playing the hero so 2 birds, 1 stone. No one would question the motives from the outside
On the bright side, considering what prisoners do to those that harm kids, let alone their own children; I doubt she will be in there 3 years. She will be leaving in a plastic bag before her times done
@@SH-qs7ee and that's wishful thinking. I live in the "wonderful" boot state and rumor is going around that in order to keep prisons full to capacity, alot of private prisons here, they're actively keeping high risk separate to they can serve their whole sentence
@@CreamDollYT A half-sibling is related by blood and a step-sibling is not. Since OP and Ray shared a father they were half-siblings. If the stepmother already had Ray when she married OP's dad he would be a step-brother.
@@CreamDollYTI used to love joking with my friends at school that I'm an only child, but I have a sister. My mom has another girl with her husband (my sister is 37 and I'm 46). My daughter is also an only child, but she has a sister. She's my only child, but her father has an older daughter (my daughter is 25 and her sister is 31. They're 6 years apart to the day).
I am horrified! Thank goodness OP was such an observant, wonderful, and loving sister and did what she had to to protect her brother. The monster should have gotten 3 years time 10!
@@paulagoeringer9466Exactly. Womens prison are just as bad as mens prison when it comes to dishing out their version of justice. When they find out what she in for, those 3 yrs are going to feel a lot longer.
Thank you for the new story Mr. Reddito! You and everyone else involved in making these videos keep up the great work! I hope everyone is having a great day/afternoon/night! Peace ☮️, hugs 🤗 and love 😘!
OP you are a wonderful kind sister to your little brother ❤️ OP'S stepmother is heartless and cold heart ,her heart is made of ice. How can you poison your child, doing it for money Know child life is worth any amount of money. Going forward your dad, brother and yourself we wished you three the best for forward ❤️ 🙏
3 years for attempted murder???? 👀👀👀 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️😡😡😡😡. This don’t make no sense!!!!! I would’ve sued the judge or whoever gave that time on that sentence. She should’ve had more charges too
3yrs??? For attempted murder, of her OWN SON?! WTH, people get more time for shoplifting or traffic tickets than that! And probably won't do the whole 3. She does not need to see another day outside of prison. Pathetic!
If he can find out what insurance company it is with he can change who gets the money or even cancel the policy . I think OP will save her brother. Maybe you can set up cameras around the house with out her noticing them . OP had a better idea than me. She got a PI. Yes OP did save her brother!!
In my state the penalty for premeditated attempted murder is life in prison and for non premeditated it is 9 years. So the mom got way less then she deserved
Well, there's still the possibility of prison justice because they don't tend to take well to those that harm children. Not to mention when she gets out she really doesn't have any prospects and it's going to essentially be a pariah in polite society.
5 year for attempted murder?? Wtf the legal system is very broken and needs so many changes. Seems to me that violent crimes deserve a higher penalty than nonviolent ones. When people get a harsher sentence for theft or small amounts of drugs than someone who kills another person or attempted to kill someone smdh
9:56 op that party was good for your father but you should not have invited your half-brother, he may have hated how she behaved but I'm sure at this point in the story he still has some love for her.
😅Mr Reddito.. you already telling us what happen with the big title. Edit: Good story again. ❤ Happy that Ray and Op managed to put the past behind them for brighter days ahead.
I felt like she could’ve gotten at least 5!? She should be receiving anything from 25 years to life. She knew what she was doing! She wanted him dead!!!!
She should had gotten more time behind the bars. Once she does get out she has nobody to turn to for she will be homeless and with no money in her name. Karma got back at her for what she did to her son almost killing him.
Maybe the mother said something to the son that he was being told that if he’s was nice to you or went over to your house that you would stop the visit’s
Who in their right mind it is okay to humiliate the son of the divorcee, by inviting him for the celebration of his mother's misfortune. Any adult with a mature mind will know that it was inappropriate. She may be an evil, vile cheating scum wife and a stepmother, but OP didn't have to invite her stepbrother for any reason at all to this party. Any child will be hurt, humiliated, and embarrassed, in front of so many people, mocking his mother. OP should grow up and learn to become a better human with a mature mindset.
with a little knowledge of this kind of stories, even if 3 years if too short, i know that the worst part will be when she will got back to society. the moment you got criminal record, your life will only get harder.
Ya, I was pretty horrified at the amount of time she got too. I mean, she tried to KILL her OWN SON!!!! WHF?!?!?!?!?!?! (Also, a little 'Flowers in the Attic' vibes anyone?)
3 years!??? seriously!!??? she should have gotten 20 but hopefully when the other inmates find out she tried to kill her own son, they will make her sorry she was ever born!!!
Attempted murder = life without as far as I'm concerned because it's only a matter of time before it would've been actual murder which was the real goal.
Unfortunately, your dad is just as much to blame if not more for the way you were treated , He allowed it to happen and he participated. But I completely understand He is your dad and you want to forgive him. Also it's not your stepfather's fault who his mother is. It Is insensitive to your brother, You are the jerk but so is your dad and so is his ex wife.
I'll pay you kind of dug yourself into a spot there darling you're going to have to sit and have a talk with him and say love no matter what I feel about your mom I love you you're my brother and that's just going to have to be it you might have to grow a little bit and maybe take him to a theme park or something but in the long run he's your brother and he'll forgive you
