I must confess, I'm a little late to the Steps party, about 24 years later. Thanks to HUNSNET i've discovered their music and what a joy it is to be a fan. Love their early stuff and i'm getting to know their latest work from the past 5,6 years. Very proud to be a fan and thank you for letting me be part of this amazing fandom. x
@@ericleonardiliong688 I got their greatest hits, the singles from the last 3 albums and anything that is a club banger! I’m really into WTFH, SIYE, and heartbreak with Michelle Visage. I love them!
Only Steps, and Take That have managed to remain in the top forty, after they've made a comeback. Other nineties bands, maybe for a little while, but not as much. I would like to see more new stuff from A1, too.
Claires voice gives me chills. Claire, Faye and Lee are especially looking great. Haven't aged much at all. Love the song and the video. Glad Steps found their groove again 💗
I feel the Abba - The Winner Takes All vibe in this video. Im sick of those comments that says this video has nothing to do with the song. Sorry haters but only a genuine Steps fan will understand this music video. Keep up the good work guys! Please don't stop making us joyful everyday with your music and dance steps. 😘
They have even made a bigger comeback than the Spice Girls. That takes some beating. It's probably because Steps have been consistent, though. As soon as a band or singer, dissapear off the radar, fans start losing interest.
Usually, the mark of a good song is its legacy. If we take a name almost everyone has heard of; Meatloaf Bat Out Of Hell, that only reached 15 in the UK, but by the fact most people know it, and it continues to sell to this day? Same for a lot of songs that make a comeback... Ones you might still be singing today. I think this one might be somewhere in the middle, but will be played in years to come and people will still sing to it, even if they cant remember the band or name of the song it will be familiar.
I am Roy from the Phillippines. I am only 9 years old when I heard 'The way you make me feel' and I looked for all their songs. I am so captivated with their artistry. I hope they can remake the 'The way you make feel'. An avid fan since 2003.
Hi Roy! I was 11 years old naman when that song was released and I’ve been a fan of Steps 1997 palang.. Sobrang ganda talaga ng mga songs nila! And yung “It’s the way you make me feel” ay isa sa mga pinaka favorite ko. 🙂
STEPS is too pure for this world. Seriously I LOVE the fact that this video didn't just celebrate a 'girl meets boy' type of romantic love. The video celebrates platonic love and friendships, which are just as powerful
I went to see them live in 2017 and 2018. It was absolutely amazing seeing the different age groups, you had people there who have loved Steps since 1997 (like me) when they released 5,6,7,8 and then younger kids who discovered them later.
omg that was a special video right there. showing how much you have grown together and the beautiful friendship you guys have. love you all. #stepsfan4life xx
Well actually it's just a video and they hated each other for years. The song would have been sung by ABBA had they stayed together so it has little to do with Steps.
Tony Fisher no they didn't actually hate each other for 'years' because the only reason they split up was that Claire and H wanted to drop out of the band so they all decided to split but it wasn't like they hated each other because they all stayed in touch, and when they did the reunion they weren't as close but you could tell that there wasn't hatred between the members as it wasn't awkward . However the abba thing is true but abba members have been writing steps' songs for ages . I am a true steps fan and I am really not trying to offend you and sorry if I did 😀
What a beautiful song of the genious ABBA-Men Benny and Björn, they knew and know how to write songs: you hear it one time and never get it out of your head again. STEPS with their perfect vocals made a pearl out of this song. BRAVO!
ABBA went for not coming back. Thank God Steps came back and with this version of a Benny's song that I didn't know, sounding completly like ABBA. It's amazing, and the dance remix makes me crazy.
I remembered the memories of them performing in their last concert in the Manchester Arena in England. And Claire was in tears after the concert. What a successful event it was.
Im still watching from Phillipines im your Fan steps❤ from 90s until now. keesafe always and Godbless hope someday ill meet you or Video call.. Thank you for the happy memories of your Songs. Love you all steps.❤
It must have been him Just a glimpse of a face in the crowd That's all it takes My heart is racing I stand in a trance As I stare at the back of a bus Knowing there's no use denying I can't stop thinking about us The story of a heart The story all of it mine Then you took it from me Every glorious line I was safe and warm And now I'm out in the cold And I know I shouldn't have told my story Story of a heart I laid myself open wide Yet to read the pages Where the ink hadn't dried All emotions pent up inside, my story I try to resist But the images keep coming through So many years Still I'm defenceless The house by the lake His hands resting a while on the oars Speaking with quiet conviction Carefully unlocking doors The story of a heart The story all of it mine Then you took it from me Every glorious line I was safe and warm And now I'm out in the cold And I know I shouldn't have told my story Story of a heart I laid myself open wide Yet to read the pages Where the ink hadn't dried All emotions pent up inside, my story Did he see me Or did I just imagine it all Putting a face on a stranger A face I find more and more hard to recall Never given up I look for you everywhere Time went by and sadness took the place of despair In a way you'll stay with me 'til death do us part Like a shadow deep in my heart forever Story of a heart A story all of it mine Then you took it from me Every glorious line I was safe and warm And now I'm out in the cold And I know I shouldn't have told my story Story of a heart I laid myself open wide Yet to read the pages Where the ink hadn't dried Swept away and lost in love what was I to do I just had to read it to you, my story Story of a heart A story all of it mine Then you took it from me Every glorious line I was safe and warm And now I'm out in the cold And I know I shouldn't have told my story
Whatever anybody says, this is the greatest pop song ever written! You can dance to it, sing along, hum it in the street and be safe in the knowledge that it was written by the two most talented pop artists who have ever lived!
I genuinely don;t think it's possible for Benny and Bjorn to write a bad song. I've listened to every album, outtakes, B sides, the lot and there isn't one I'd want to skip,
oh I Love You Steps.. i'm one of your million of fans who cried and sad when you guys disband.. now i'm one your million fans with tears of joy when you guys came back and start singing as a group again.. STEPS Forever!
This beautiful song seldom fails to put me into tears especially because one of the band members is a near dead ringer for my first true love of so long ago. Someone I will never forget as I remain ever thankful for love we shared, places traveled and wonderful new experiences, all so emotionally charged! Possibly, if circumstances had been different, never would we have parted.
I cried watching this video. Love to see them united again and sing just like the old good times...it's golden and am forever fan from STEP 1 till the end :)
I’ve been listening every STEPS songs since I was 7 years old. I even have their concert dvd and I watched it like a hundred times. And now I’m 17 been 10 years already I really love this 5 people✨ they made my childhood memories very precious by bringing back their songs from the past❤️
ABBA se fueron para no volver. Gracias a Dios STEPS volvieron, y encima versionando esta canción de Benny. Impresionante, majestuosa. Y la versión disco para volverse loco.
I have been an avid fan of Steps since I was 15 years old (way back 1997) up until today. Their songs, vibes, and dance moves feel like have been a part of my life all this time. How I wish opportunity would knock one day that I could see all of you in person. ☺️☺️☺️
Okayyyy so I love Steps. I bought everything they ever released back in the day and I still love them. This song is so awesome. The charts are so crap now.....this is not crap.
Shiela Lopez but their tours are mostly arenas. And when they do it in smaller venues (like at Bournemouth BIC, watch On The Road Again episode 4) they have a lot of problems
a simple video yet it said a lot about friendship, a kind of friendship that will last no matter what cones and no matter how much times have changed //:) and I am so happy listening to this
Yes, they didn't talk for 2 years because of how the band split. There were painful feelings, but they also talked things through before getting back together, and H and Claire apologized to the others.
