If the land is family land it is best to register the land other wise that Same family members Will watch and go and sell the and again to someone else Aku is talking about that those in the diaspora is saying come but he has not sorted out this issue yet ,if I pay my money for a land why should I go through these hoops tell the people what is really going on in Ghana
Although I will not be on this earth for ever I don't like to buy lease land considering how messed up humans can be so that those that may come after me will be free from paying the fake money so is the land leases???
In other words you must get a soil engineer to tell you what you have to do to build on that land, it would advise people to go for polystyrene panels instead of concrete blocks I am not getting any fake money from the producers polystyrene panels but you don't have to spend a lot of the fake money compared to foundation for concrete blocks should and one see my comments please have a look at polystyrene panels on you tube
