Check if it is the brake alarm. If its the siderail blinking alarm anyone of the siderail labels will be defective.

Hi. Mine wont unlock. It makes a click noise underneath and remains locked

@nicksvette Make sure you have the power supply connected. You must press and hold the lock button, then press the function.

@@cinupemitac yes I have done this but it just makes the click sound and remains locked. I have a total of 4 beds of this model and the other 3 unlock as they should.
