Steroid nasal spray is used for various nasal conditions specially for allergic rhinitis . This video deals with proper technique to use it , does and don’t s. Also to note is that steroid nasal spray has no side effects related to steroid on our body because it does not get absorbed into the blood stream and it mainly remains in the nose. So it can be used for long term without side effects .
