I first came to a olympic weightlifting gym at a very young age. All they were letting me do was barbell squat and it was multiple reps with 3-4 x my bw - around 120 kg. That's why I went there on and off quitting it eventually. Let me tell you that one's performance with weights can be very random. At some point in your life you won't lift an empty barbell despite your overall strength and health and it's normal
@@StabStabStabStabby "bodyweight" is kinda relative thing, you can be 100kg with 25kg overweight or your can be skinny 55kg boy or 75kg more less muscled guy with almost no fat, for all of them 1 rep with bodyweight is a huge difference

@@its_dey_mate meh people are in more risk of getting hurt doing a foot race or jumping on or off of something. These guys in their early 20's worst case scenario they strain some erectors so would be out for like 2-4 weeks.

@tcom3019 See I wish he chose women who powerlift rather than women who bodybuild to see something. Obviously males still have an advantage, but when that one chick said her max squat pr is 315, I was a bit surprised because I know freshman girls in my school who could do that easy at like 120 bw.

And what you said about them being cocky, that's kinda another point why I'd rather see powerlifters in the vid than bodybuilders. The women I've met who lift (including myself) do it to stay fit or just because they like it. These gargantuan women do it for other reasons, same with chick influencers they both do it kinda for attention. Edit: forgot to say I totally agree the men would've been more supportive if the roles were reversed

Yeah I just think some women don't like that men biologically are stronger on average and so when they find themselves all sterioded up and basically looking like a man in certain areas, any man that's smaller than they are is basically a bitch in their eyes and it's kinda distasteful, especially when you see that give those average joes steroids and their whole ploy goes under...
after a certain amount of usage they are not women anymore, they've fully transitioned. That big one has a deeper voice than me and I've used tren, test/deca, and var.
That´s exactly the insane difference between men´s and women´s strength! Women have no idea about it as they are fed Netflix lies about beating a man without any problem. Needless to say THAT was the reason (among others) women were at home and men worked in times when physical strength was needed for most of the jobs.

yep just wanted to say the same, the females one, but not by such margin one would expect if you train daily or atleast nigh daily and on PED, to the average joe. I mean is it worth it to the ladies, I mean they gave up every femininity just to be stronger than the average joe.
Putting someone into a squat competition that has never squatted before is plain crazy. Effectively 110kg bench looked pretty decent for Jordan as well - he's got decent potential for sure.
@@muanisgesla I'm not sure what you're trying to say here. I was saying for his size and muscle build, 110kg looked like a decent feat but IF he is somewhat new to training which was potentially suggested, then it looks like he has a decent amount of potential left in the tank.

Don't videos like this just prove the whole transgender in sports controversy.... these are professional bodybuilder women with years of training against regular dudes and they barely beat them.... can you possibly imagine the results if this was reversed or it was bodybuilder men against regular women or regular guys against regular women there is no contest.... men are just biologically stronger... That's why I'm proud of my size and progress as a natural woman. I curl 80lbs, bench 140, and squat 185 after almost two years of training. Men get natural steroids so I'm incredibly proud when I see myself getting close to the weight a dude is throwing up. Y'all are lucky.
For those who are interested. The arm breaking thing in armwrestling typically happens above the elbow below the shoulder as a radial fracture from body positioning. If your hand is in a line with both your shoulders… you’re about to get wrecked (possibly) . You have to lean back and pull your hand to your chin and rotate so your back is kinda going towards the ground. You can “ press” but your arm should be in front of your chest, not the side of you.
We know the guys would Woop their ass on that, anytime, any day, no matter how muscular she is, unless she has some boxing or martial training. even at that, it would only make the fight even.

I was in Nepal thirty four years ago and in the mountains I came across two little old ladies carrying huge bundles of firewood on their backs. We got chatting and I was given a challenge by one of my mates to see if I could carry the firewood the way they could. Well I was very strong and fit from a job that was pretty physical and had been training at the gym regularly for a couple of years. So I accepted the challenge. Long story short, no matter how hard I tried I just couldn’t get the load of firewood onto my back. Those two ladies after much giggling at my attempts then quite easily lifted the loads onto their backs and continued on their way. Years of hard work have made those two women strong in a way that the women in this video would never be , men for that matter

@@kshere it was the fact they had the technic and the strength of a lifetime of hard work and we were in the Kathmandu Valley, not high up in the mountains. And yes the higher you go the more one needs to acclimatise to the altitude
@@MickAngelherethe old women who worked in agriculture and carried everything on their own have the strength of labour, real lifetime labor. I find those people remarkable. also middle African women carry a lot of their heads, insane balance and strength, my neck would snap and I wouldn't be able to walk with all that, those women learn it since childhood. it's impressive.
@@MateoFernandes-cr1tf Both sides were taking digs at each other for laughs. Getting offended over something like that is ridiculous. To me, the women often seemed impressed by the guys' strength (sometimes even concerned for their safety), not rude at all.
I would be down to see this. Recently met a high schooler who was much taller and bigger than me and thought he was a full grown adult at first glance. Some teen athletes are pretty huge and could beat most adults in strength contests I bet.
