That little 400x4 for tweeters and drivers dos the power advertise and some but in hi pass in flat or low doesn’t berry good you won’t be disappointed thrust me
I got a 6000 eq 2ohm a few days ago wired it up and have been happy with it. Stays cool to warm at most my subs are no longer getting warm to hot with my other amp I was under-powering by half so it’s going to happen. Love the over clip button:) .9%thd can’t hear the difference from 1% thd amps amazing bass. Just a lil confused on how to tune it. And ya not much info on RU-vid about Stetsom. And if Stetsom wants more Americans to buy there stuff they should put out stuff in English I’m Latino but don’t understand Brazilian. But the amps can speak for themselves:)
Why would u need the manual? Do you not know how to set the amp for your needs? Keep your hpf down turn lpf half way and use a song with variety of frequencies from 19hz to 60hz
UPDATE-I have the 6k 2ohm running 2 15’s first I had custom Hcca’s now I have custom Adire audio 3000kh’s from a sub builder [5-8 audio]. Had trouble tuning but just recently I learned if you want to get really low like 28hz-18 hz first make sure you have a upgraded Alternator do the big 3 and at least 2 batteries and your box tuned right. I have a U.S Alt 250 amp and two XSpower d7500’s with dual runs of zero gauge power and grounds and dual power and grounds running to the amp. I basically have my gain almost maxed and the bass level since it’s set at 45hz at -7 levels go from -10 to +10 I no longer get the clip light to even flicker let alone come on so I know I’m good. This is different technology and I couldn’t find anything for tuning them so I just kept playing around till I got what I wanted out of the amp now it SHLUMPS! I like to play in that 28-18 hz with Authority! And now I can all day. Just be careful some slowed or rebased stuff isn’t recorded cleanly and could have distorted signals in it. My subs now run cool to kinda warm. My amp runs Luke warm to barley warm. Dj dropn dj deep Bassotronics ALL DAY!
Where are you located at I have a stetsom vulcan 5000 watts and I do SPL. But I need a bigger amp. Please get In touch with me and let me know where I can come to your shop I live in Bowling Green but I will travel to you to get a bigger amp
Nice video... Quick question... Im a Stetsom fan... Im installing 2 Sundown s4 d2 subs on my motorcycle 2 0hms which stetsom amp would you recommend... Ex1200, EX1600, or Ex3000 I just want to make sure I have a lil room so that amp is not working hard
If you don't want the amp working hard run it at 2 or 4 ohms. Then upgrade your electrical with a quality HO alternator, OFC wire, and renowned batteries
Hey I'm kind of new to this line trying to find as much as I can unfortunately not a lot since English so thank you for that first off. I'm looking at the big boy 10500. More of a too much power but tune it down situation allow me to explain I have a SSA team evil 12 in a custom box tuned at 29 HZ. It's a D1 so obviously I would be using it at 2 ohms. It's rated at 5K RMS any advice on this particular build I'm very much looking to do this
Check out Williston audio labs review of the Orion 8k, it burps to 14k 🙀 sounds like a sweet setup btw… guessing you finished, what did you end up doin?
There’s a lot of factors. You have to use some equations (there’s good dedicated sites where you just put in the subwoofer values and wiring arrangement). Depending on how they are wired you set what ohms your using, then you can calculate the change in watts due to ohm change, and once you have how many ohms and watts your going to use you can then look for amps that can do that. You can blow the subs if you overpower, and you can fry the amp if you under-power. Don’t set your car on fire! 😸👍👍
I have a demo car we're putting together I'm looking to go a little crazy I have a SSA team evil 12 D1 gen 1 tuned to 29 Hz. RMS is 5k. I'm looking at the 10k @2 ohms. Looking to tune it to where it won't kill the sub but perform the hell out of it your thoughts and suggestions
Hello sir I have 4 prv 10w650a and 4 prv 15w700 I am wanting to pair them with these Stetsom ex3000eq 2ohm one per set is this a wise choice for these speakers and will they handle it? Thank you.
It can change depending on how you wire them. I found most confidence when I did the math of the circuit to find what amp ratings I’d need. There’s some sites dedicated to audio calculators so you don’t have to go to university, made it easier for me anyway. You could also look for anyone with the same setup you’re going for on forums, but all that information can be sus. Crutchfield has some good resources too. 🤷♂️ good luck on your fantastic goals!
Guess I'm silly because 10k just isn't enough for me. But hey that's what I'm into. Ooh yeah and I also not into doing business with a person that calls me silly because my preferences aren't what he carries
i just did 143db at 28hz last week at nadbl show with the 3k3 eq amp and 2 15 old mojo madmax...this amp is great...must be something in your setup that isint right...
@@Lesscoelectronics so what your saying is that the one ohm version amp puts out same power at 2 ohms ? Correct? I'm wanting to buy on this one in the vid....
Did I just hear you say 2 guage power and ground input. You clearly do not know anything about it that 10500 is not strappable in other words you can't have one hook to the other input and output goes from the deck to the amp that thing is never going to do that 7500 Watts not even half that so what you have is a piece of shit amplifier
