My dad grew up in Steubenville & I have good memories of visiting my grandparents in the 1960s & 70s. They lived on Logan Street very close to the river. Pretty sure the neighborhood is visible in the middle of the frame at about 6:27.
The bridge that you refer to as the span was the first suspension bridge of its kind in North America as it uses a technology that actually Cruise the actual cables as they were into a fixed position just a FYI. My family was born and raised in a town about 20 minutes to the East and I've had a lot of experience with that reason I lived there myself I had a great time it's a wonderful place to retire cost of living is dirt dirt cheap taxes nothing!
WOW! 😀 The city painted all those murals to brighten things up after tearing down most of it's buildings. Steubenville is dead and past corruption is to blame.
