I really like these, my dad and grandfather were both in the military. I was too young to ever talk with them about their experiences so this helps me know and understand, im 62 years old and miss them dearly!

My husband was a Vietnam helicopter pilot warrant officer. He was a POW for 4 years. When he was traded back and got his health back, he and 3 others took the helicopter assigned to him and flew back into a "de-militarized zone" to rescue others in POW camps being tortured and denied food. They had it trained into them in boot camp that they never leave anyone behind, NEVER. So those 4 went to rescue their buddies. And for that, they were arrested and court-martialed. Explain to me with logic how an area can be de-militarized when our military were in camps there, being tortured and denied food. My husband weighed 89 lbs when he was traded because he got a bowl of rice to eat a couple times a week. Sorry. Too many sad memories. I love our military.
I pray for the veterans who will soon learn that all these wars were created by greedy, evil men. Regardless of these circumstances, in God’s eyes they will forever be known as brave heroes who fought valiantly for the cause of our freedom. 🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸
