Great skater and legend no doubt, just can’t understand why the dude never attempted 540’s back in the day? He basically has the same size, style and skill level of Hosoi, who was pulling them off flawlessly back in the day(while usually high as a kite)?
He learned them late in the 80s. By the time this clip came out he had landed them and he grabbed them backside. Cab prolly got high like a kite some too (this is skateboarding we are talking about), just not as infamously as Hosoi. I think Hosoi is a tiny bit better then Cab but that's personal taste. Tom Penny's goat. Billy Ruff after him. That's my 2 cents anyway.
