About:
The High Performance Podcast offers an intimate glimpse into the lives of high-achieving, successful individuals. It doesn’t matter where our guest has excelled - in sport, music, business or entertainment - they all have first-hand experiences and lessons to share. Find out what non-negotiable behaviours they employed to get them to the top, and keep them there.
Hosting every conversation is sports broadcaster Jake Humphrey and leading organisational psychologist Professor Damian Hughes. Jake is currently BT Sport’s Premier League anchor and former face of BBC’s Formula One coverage. Damian continues to work with leading sports organisations and teams to create a high performing culture.

This man is one I hope devotes his career to Scottish football. I doubt he will because England will swallow him up one day but I do pray that he sticks around in Scotland for a long time, return to a club in Scotland after the national team. He has proven he can make our game stronger. Great man

Such a personable and open guy Steve Clark, very few managers would do this interview whilst still in charge!Managers of any sizeable team must be under so much strain. Hope when his time comes to go as Scotland manager he goes out on a high.

100% the right person to have Scotland job at this time. Has been responsible for a huge transformation. May not get to WC but made the team competitive again and positioned well for next 2-3 qualification rounds.
