I have talked about it less than ever than i used to because you can tell some people are insecure about it.. they want to get in shape but not do the work, and they dont want to listen about progress someone with more motivation has done. I honestly dont even talk about it anymore, its become my personal/private thing in my life.
They call you a douche? That's messed up. I feel the same way. I have 2 friends that lift one of them is really chill that just listens doesn't really like talking about training. The other talks too much and acts like he knows it all.
I watched this whole series when i graduated high school 9-10 years ago and man now I’m 29 still using this same platform💯 had to come back and refresh my soul
Since bodybuilding.com now charges you per month to view all fitness plans, does anyone know what the general progression is from week 1 to week 12 between frequency, different exercises, reps/sets, etc?
+Adrian Ramos you gotta work out for you don't worry what other people might say or you might as well not workout at all if your not doing it for you and your worried what people might think you won't get resoults
he is natty...it is possible to achieve his physique through years of training and he also doesn't stay lean year round by the way...well "lean" in bodybuilding terms.
you know what sucks, you can never really perform these sets in the recommended order, due to overcrowded gyms. With the New Year, it's that much harder to complete your workout in the recommended time
I know how you feel. Especially at an Anytime Fitness like mine where there's only one of every machine. And it's the only gym I live close to and don't have my license yet. Sucks, because even in the morning it's overcrowded if I try to go before school by old people who hate noise and other more extreme New Years folk. I try to encourage them, but holy shit getting your own workout in sucks.
If you download the app he has donkey raises as part of the workout. Well thanks Steve Cook for giving us a great plan and a great reason to have a girl workout with us
It makes me sick how people call out everyone for using roids. Steve is big but his body is definitely achievable naturally. Maybe you guys are just lazy as hell and just use steroids as an excuse for not trying to be that big. Smh
if you really want her back (and I know you do) you needto stop eveeerything and go watch this video right now =>>> twitter.com/4982d6402105474f3/status/790853501416935424 Steeeeve Cook Back aand Bicccceps Woorkout Big Man on Camppppus
Hello, I would love to ask you, I am a beginner in fitness and I like to use an Androl that was sent to me by my brother. France: How many tablets should I eat or how much I have to train when I use it
Hey, thats a great question! Drop Sets - Also known as strip sets, drop sets involve the immediate reduction of weight between sets with no rest. This will thoroughly burn out a muscle. Check out the link in the video description for more great information!
Steve cook has a great physique yea but if i took any steroids or growth hormones I wudnt take them if his look was all I cud get , I wud go all out and look like branch warren
I don't understand how you can choose a weight for 10 reps that will get you to muscle failure, and then in the next set you need to add weight and hit 10 reps again.
Yeah I do most of what this guy does except I do my sets a little different. I do about 3 - 4 sets per exercise (depending on what i am working on) at 12 reps per set with the wieght increasing with each set. My final set is anywhere from 8 reps to failure with the aim of hitting 12 reps (no drop sets).
@@alandashcar1453 in the ways that couldn't be fixed back then because content creation was still very new. The videography and the way everything is presented and talked about is so damn old school lol (which makes sense cause it's old).
