It could be a ton of things, nervousness, excitement, or not eating properly (at certain times) can cause a sudden drop in blood sugar which can cause this. Certain neurological conditions. Stress, caffeine, smoking, certain deficiency in B-complex, etc. Also I see he has a little difficulty speaking, maybe that's just me.
