Here's a track I played on for the great Dionne Warwick.
I used my be-bop sizes, tunes wide open. We did 2 full passes. One conservative, and one taking more chances. The producer, Todd Hunter, went with the first take which was the simpler one, leaving more room for the strings. Todd is also Dionne's musical director and pianist. Enjoy!
