Unfortunately, this is just one more example of something they call "Norms" or "guard rails" as opposed to things being legal barriers, they have been ignored forever by politicians, assuming that nobody sworn to protect the US CONSTITUTION has a requirement to uphold NORMS. They get so shocked every time another norm falls by the wayside with no law to enforce them or any muster to create a law that mandates the expected behavior. With politicians being so easily replaced, how is it that being removed is such a freaking production. They are not that special, just people with a need to oversee others day to day crap

JB Pritzker, the Democratic governor, spent millions to HELP the Trump Republican, Bailey, win the primary. I live in Illinois and the midterms in my county are all uncontested Republicans. So, establishment corporate Democrats have millions of dollars to help Trumpist in their primaries but they have no support for down state candidates. Corporate Democrats are incompetent and always find a way to lose.

The governor's race in Arizona is one I find very concerning. One of the candidates running for that state's governorship is a conservative TV anchor Kari Lake, a far-right candidate and an election denier who already has Trump's endorsement. She is just as bad as Doug Mastriano in Pennsylvania. A win for Kari Lake in Arizona spells bad news for the state. I hope Arizonians understand what's at stake, and vote for Katie Hobbs this November.

Outside of GA, Trump backed candidates have won roughly 85%+ of primaries thus far. GA went weirdly against all of them, except MGT, despite polls showing a much different view. Then again, we all know what Kemp and Raffensberger did in that state.

That makes it pretty convincing hearsay. Of course, in the trump lawyer's defense, he does have a lot on his mind at the moment.
