Bad technique (incline bench) , they lack of full range of motion and the danger of thumbless grip. No, I can't lift the load they use but I know what is a good and safe technique for progress, naturally of course, is slow and require patient. Cheers!
Too low bad for the rotator cuff especially at this weight with such a volume. Doesn't go all the way up to minimize tricep activation. This is bodybuilding, the aim is to maximize blood flow to a particular muscle. But I have to agree with the thumb less grip. Too risky
