Have you ever even glanced at a liturgical rulebook? You obviously have no idea what you're talking about. Priests are allowed to dance even in liturgical clothing, no rules are being broken here. Not only is him dancing in his liturgical clothing NOT an issue, it is also a way of honoring God for giving us they joy of music and dance.
