you like it better because it's more listener friendly-sounds like it's more recent and has a pop element not present in robert johnson's original that,let's face it,sounds like it was recorded on tin foil

Very good point. Of course it sounds better today but as I recently learned Robert Johnson is the original. Surprised because I thought this song was Millers. I listened to Mr. Johnson and no wonder it is a loved song. Regardless of the sound quality listen to the soul of the song.

@@patlogan9752 don't let some elite music snob intimidate you into saying what music you like. Johnson's was the original yes, but Steve Miller played his balls off here, and I like his rendition better as well. Nothing wrong with that.
