Steve Ray was instrumental into my real conversion to become a real Catholic. I was born Catholic but I only did the motions without real conversion of heart. Once I heard Steve Ray proving the Catholic church is the true church of Jesus, it strengthened my faith to follow everything what the Catholic church teaches.
I have heard a lot of conversion stories at the Journey Home program in ETWN but his testimony is the most pragmatic and direct to the point I have heard so far. I met Steve Ray when he visited the Philippines, I think it was 2004. I watched his talk about his conversion to Catholicism. I also bought his book Crossing the Tiber. It was a good book that everyone should read especially those who are doubting about their Catholic faith. Thank God for his conversion.

Adrian, with your interview with Fr. Calloway there's a lot of background noise (I can't watch/listen to it). Now, it improves but you put in background music. I have heard some of the people who converted into catholics and all their explanations about catholics are the same. No other religion is greater than catholic because it is the only religion being built by Jesus.
I agree with Steve Ray about worship and liturgy being kind of missing from protestant service. However, what does he think about the present pope's stance on core Christian beliefs... Homosexuality, abortion etc. Images..... Do not bow down to them or worship them. Is Mrs Ray, his mother, a Roman Catholic now?
