Don't bet on it, Juan. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. I think it depends on the frequency or dimension one is operating at the moment they listen to it. To some it might be the most beautiful thing, while it sounds too boring to others. Let's keep sending positive thoughts to the ether, I'm sure others will continue to discover its beauty.

I remember discovering Empetus back in the mid-80s even before I discovered Tangerine Dream. What a life-changing experience and opened a whole new world of music to me. I still have that original CD.

i have a glass wall overlooking the jungle with some hills with silhouettes of big trees on the horizon. the day is cloudy and there is no wind. and the palms in my garden framing this view are completely still. as this music plays on, and a sudden butterfly crosses this view, i realize, oh how beautiful life on Earth is, really.

I'll never forget hearing Steve's amazing music back in the mid-90s on the Hearts of Space radio program. They played a piece from The Magnificent Void and I was hooked. That release is still among my favorites of all time. I still listen to it in the dark and its so chilling, bizarre and captivating. I get the sense I am in intergalactic space on some never-ending journey through the cosmos. I am so curious what goes on in your mind when you compose these amazing works of art.

I grew up (like you, Steve) in the most creative era in music, the 70s and 80s. In my mind I'm still a hippie and I always try to stay creative (no fast food, hard drugs, alcohol, pills). I'm a writer and hobby cosmologist and your fantastic music always inspires me! Many thanks Steve! 😊

i can't stop listening to this and i seem to appreciate it more each time. At first it seems a bit too sparse but there's an underlying flow that feels sort of like a museum exhibit to Steve's unique impact on the world of sound. Something that tells the complete story and feels like a tribute to those who have been along for the journey as much as it is to the body of work of the artist. Can you imagine covid/lockdowns without Steve Roach's music? i might not have made it, frankly. Thank you, Steve.

The visuals for this show are stunning! Some of the best I've seen you use. I love the fractals. Speaking of visuals: I just downloaded over 100 sci fi & cyberpunk paintings (the dystopian Blade Runner stuff) onto my computer for slideshow playback on my desktop. (I call them cyberscapes.) A huge widescreen TV in my living room is my monitor. For the last 2 days I've been tweaking it with the 4 Bloodmoon Rising discs for audio playback on my surround system. (All 71 of my SR CDs are ripped into my PC as WAV files.) Giant Infinity towers for my forwards & Bose for my effects. The PERFECT soundtrack for my widescreen art show.
