Steve Rogers + Natasha Romanoff || Wherever You Will Go [+Infinity War] 

I've shipped this couple since I saw the Avenger 1... He protected her with his shield and I was a goner.... Been suffering for the last 6 years for this couple...

There's a book out called Avengers Infinity War: The Hero's Journey Captain America. This book is fully written from Natasha's POV during the raft breakout in Civil War. She's being interrogated by Everett Ross to stop him from alerting the General that Cap's about to breakout the other Avengers locked up. She then breaks out and meets up with Cap on the quinjet, with the rest. In summary, she says at the end "Even with everything stacked against them, Natasha marveled how they had all done the right thing. Risked their lives for everyone on the planet, even as they were being hunted by the people they had sworn to protect. And Natasha realized that it would never have happened without the one good man who showed her just how far a person could go with a little trust and a pure heart, all those years ago. Who made her believe again. Steve Rogers. Captain America. Natasha wasn't sure what would happen next. Where they would go, what they would do. But she knew one thing: she would follow Steve to the end of the Earth, if he asked her to, as his friend, his partner in fighting evil. Because she trusted him. Natasha looked out the cockpit of the Quinjet, her tired eyes focusing on the sandy surface below. 'It's beautiful,' she murmured". The entire book is like a one shot and I love it. She basically would follow Cap anywhere, because he trusted her when her world was falling apart, and now she would do the same for him. Hopefully the next Avengers gives us insight into what went down during those 2 years and hopefully the Russos will make our ship soar through the seas.

Endgame gave hope to my Romanogers heart but quickly crushed it in the most brutal and heartbreaking way possible. Came back here to fix it

After Endgame the line " When I'm gone, you'll need love to light the shadows on your face" makes so much sense from Nat's perspective!

I love the last part, 'I'll go wherever you will go' and then all the scenes where there are together, partners. It's such a beautiful ship. They are endgame.

Their chemistry is perfectly balanced as all things should be

Have you read the fan theory where Steve went back in time and traded the soul stone to get Natasha back, but couldn’t come back to the original timeline, so they got married and lived together until Nat died, then Steve returned and didn’t want to tell them who he was actually married to because it was Natasha? Well, I’m hoping that the new Black Widow movie will incorporate this somehow. These two deserved to have a happily ever after

When I was a kid, these characters only existed on newsprint paper in the pages of comic books 40 years ago. So it's gratifying to see them now on the big screen today and that millions of fans all over the world now know how great these stories and characters are.
