30 years after his death, here's a video with pictures of the actor Steve Tracy, known as Percival Dalton, the character he played in Little House on the Prairie. In this tv show he played the guy who married Nellie Oleson.
I only learned of his diagnosis and death sometime later through Alison Arngrim's campaign. I'm a whole generation younger than him, but I always found myself drawn and attracted to him whenever he appeared on "Little House on the Prairie" or a few other roles. It is hard to describe the loss you feel for someone you never knew but who you were attracted to and would have felt fortunate and privileged to have had met or had the chance to know, especially when you later learn that you shared a common identity. If a friend or family member ever read this please know that there are people who liked and cared for Steve Tracy and thought a great deal of him. He touched far more people than he could have ever known, and he will always be a part of our lives.
All it took for Percival to get Nellie was to say she was pretty and she was his forever. They were the cutest couple. So sorry Tracy left us so soon. There are more treatments for AIDS now than there were back then.
I'm from gen x, but since my mom loves the show I've been watching it since a young age and I learned to love it too, I'm a fan of Nellie x Percival they're adorable and funny, yesterday I found out about they friendship irl and steve end so sad
The music is from Little House on the Prairie. Recorded from the episode The Craftsman (season 5) about an old jewish man. I think this music is used in several Steve Tracy's episodes in LHOTP because he's jewish. Those episodes must have been very important for Michael Landon (the "boss" of this tvshow who played Charles and directed most of the episodes with Percival) because he was jewish from his father (like Melissa Gilbert -from her mother- who played Laura)
Yasmine Nazarine Well the video was uploaded in 2016 .So he died in 1986. The Little House On The prairie ended in 1983. He died 3 years later.Even Earlier than Michael Landon Who died in 1991. They both left this world so soon.
