During my trip to and from Waterloo back in June I had the chance to hang out with my good friend Steve who like myself is an 18mm napoleonic fanatic. I took the chance to make a few vids and take a few pics of Steve using his skills to replace swords on his AB figures. Excellent stuff!!!

I use staples, Already flat, you just grind one side to give you an edge.Then you carefully bend them to shape depending on what type of sword you are trying to copy. Bloody hard to bend and will draw blood

The first one with the yellow on the top is a rotary bristle brush by 3 AM it’s used in jewellery making

The thing that I shaped the swords with, making the sparks is a grinding stone little one mounted on an arbour

Are use a tungsten carbide 0.5 mm drill to drill into the hand
