If I was that 11 year old girl years later, and I learned that my abuser's life ended this way, I would feel relief. This is what every parent wants to hear.

Relief? Do you even know the psychological and emotion turmoil an 11yo girl would suffer after being sexually abused at that age? That’s a scar for her lifetime. His death wouldn’t immediately relieve her of that. That moment(s) is indefinitely ingrained into her mind.

As a Mother to a young Son and having personally experienced this type of trauma a child, "He wouldn't shut up" sounds like a good enough reason to me.

My brother is in prison for murder and he told me something that will always be with me. "Murder isn't the worse thing you can do to someone." Raping someone and being left alive it sticks with you and it's wrong and it makes you scared and doubt yourself.
Leak Anderson I believe murder would be easier for any one of us to do versus rape or child molestation. I think sexual assault should be treated just as serious as murder is. A one time killer who snapped may never have the urge to repeat because it bothered them, but a sexual predator is a different story, the urge is actually what drives them. The same as serial killers, it’s gross because it’s all about their pleasure seeking in the wrong ways! Disgusting because these are real people they are using like objects and I’ve even seen documentaries where they admit they can’t control it and if they were set free they would have to avoid being in close proximity to kids because the urge is so strong. It is a mental illness. Some even went as far as saying that if they were castrated it wouldn’t stop them because then they would just result to objects. These were the guys willing to speak about their problem, imagine what’s going on in the minds of the ones who keep it all secret. I honestly feel like they are just as bad if not worse.

It’s an interrogation, the cops are always going to agree with the suspect to keep them open and comfortable. You can hear him trying to dodge it as politely as he can “I understand what you mean” or whatever he said. If he tries to deny or make an argument of it, it could make the suspect less likely to talk.
"I just don't have any empathy for people". He's showing a great deal of empathy for the victims of cild victims. My father was a child molester. If this gut had killed my father, I would tell him he saved a lot more kids a lifetime of nightmares.

In that situation I could do the same thing, child molesters and rapists no empathy whatsoever. I was molested as a kid and it don't go away at some magic age. If that would've been me I would've beat him to death, then broke his neck just to be certain. But that's just me and my opinion for whatever it's worth

My boyfriend recently told me that he was molested by a man when he was in 4th grade. He cried in pain but never told anyone out of fear. He is now 26 yo but still has it in his mind and gets concerned about kids we're gonna have in future. It boils my blood to see such molesters roam freely and having a normal life with wife and kids.
A man with nothing to lose. He knew he was never getting out of prison for the rest of his life, so it didn't matter if they gave him another life sentence.

I understand that sometimes in life, things happen and situations arise, between grown adults that can result in a life ending, but if you can harm a child or an animal, that’s cold sadistic and calculated and you’re pure evil. My moms second oldest son hurt my little sister and the police did nothing to find him he eventually fled to Mexico and we felt defeated because he wasn’t going to pay for his crimes and was like to hurt someone else. We eventually found out he got brutally murdered and yk what I was glad to say I was completely alright with that he deserved it for all the hurt he caused my family so I okay with what this man did the guy deserved it 🤷🏻♀️

@Black He killed a child molester. The mother of the girl *saw* him sexually assault her. The little girl admitted to the police he did it up to *three* times. He was literally going in depth trying to justify what he did to Steven. It's not a fucking accusation if he's literally trying to justify molesting a child. I agree. So many of these comments are glorifying and praising him, but I don’t personally believe his actions are justified. Such a light sentence for child molestation is also unjust, but the precedent that any inmate can take such drastic measures into their own hands is dangerous. Besides, this guy could be just a psychopath who loves to kill but knows how to make himself look like the good guy.

No I was the nine year old Theodore dyer molested it’s been a decade and I can still remember what I said when my mother told me he got killed and yes I am traumatized by everything and still remember everything he did to me but I’m trying to make a better life for myself and this poped up one day and I have no other way to thank the man who killed him for what he did

The realest thing more people need to realize. The government throws people in there to make them worse, not better, as they try to falsely claim. They try to call it "criminal rehabilitation" but it often just makes people more extreme, and turns non-violent offenders thrown in there often violent over time sadly too. The prison system in this country needs a complete overhaul.

@@jherc3391 this is very true. I've met a couple of sociopaths in my life and that is exactly how they discuss literally anything. A very matter-of-fact kind of tone. And it doesn't matter what it's about. Initially you view them as intelligent because they seem so confident. It only takes a few minutes of listening to them talk to realize something is off.

They get beat all the time and raped back for it. He could be a sociopath, but there are people who arent sociopaths that would kill a child predator too.

I wish men could have conversations like this all the time. Both understand they are on the opposite side of the law. One killed his girlfriend and the other puts guys like him away forever, but still have respect for each other. He understands what he did was wrong but at the time felt it was necessary regardless of the law. He got put away and blames no one but himself.
I just want to add that it’s a common interrogation strategy to laugh at things and act like you’re friendly with them. You want to get them to reveal as much information as is possible in order to make the prosecution process easier. I don’t necessarily think the detective agrees with him and I also don’t necessarily agree in frontier justice either. Did Ted have what was coming to him? Absolutely. Was it this criminal’s responsibility to enforce that? Definitely not.

Most inmates hate child molesters. Most of the guys in there have children and that’s one of the reason they are targeted. To me, the lowest form of life is a Child molester. I’ll never understand how anyone could hurt an innocent child.
Don’t know if this makes sense, but it could be because people who commit crime tend to come from less than subpar circumstances that influence their own risk-taking behaviors. So it wouldn’t be far off to assume that a lot of incarcerated individuals have experience with things like abuse and assault, and therefore would be particularly angered by rapists, abusers, etc.
