But then again they are new coaches for a reason. And that reason most of the time is because the old coaches got fired. They got fired because the team's stank. So the new coaches are taking over terrible teams in rebuilding mode.

Same. It is not unheard of to have a rocky start as a new coach so I don't understand the non-believers. People love to hate and it is incredibly misguided.

You can tell that neither guy has his team's backing. Unless they go through total rebuild I don't see these guys lasting long. Too many guys on both teams not responding looking like they don't give a damn
