I don't know if this is him or another, but there was one time they did it and you could still see the ball in his mouth. He's probably got an abnormal mouth and a very large cavity on the back roof of his mouth.
I dont see how he can fake the pool ball or the fish or his sugar act it makes no sence but i also find it odd that he refuses to take an x-ray while doing his acts he says it will ruin the secret but if it is truely real then there wouldnt be a secret right ??

Before he received the ring he puts his hand in his pocket and pulls out a padlock and palms it. While explaining what he's going to do he puts the ring in the the secret padlock. Swallows the ring with the padlock attached; and swallows the twin padlock for show.
