Wow! Talk about tough love that I needed! I’ve been struggling working for a farm that has the same leadership issues as it did years ago. I’ve let the collective attitude of loss of excellence be my excuse, and I’ve been struggling to find out why God has me here if it’s a dead end… but it’s a place where my old patterns of many kinds are coming to and end. I don’t have to look at it as though I’m making up for all the lack of leadership and ability for this company to take care of their employees with integrity. This is for God. I don’t have to be excellent to counteract the complete lack of morale and earthly support. This is because God loves me so much and wants me to steward excellence in every step I take. WHOO! God is good

Thank you. The word “stewarding” has been constant on my mind for weeks, and this conversation allowed the Holy Spirit to direct me. To steward my family better, my narrative needs to be replaced with a narrative that I’m doing this for God! My intention was there but this slight change in focus as I do… I can feel God encourage me. Thank you for your effort in bringing the Holy Spirit into the conversation, because the is going to rock my world I can feel it! ❤

Thank you for this dose of wisdom. I have struggled with perfectionism and needed to hear this change in thinking. Not only to remind me that I need to pursue excellence but more importantly, that all I'm doing is for God.

Thank you. I have been ‘showing up’ but bringing the bare minimum for the last year and a half. I have always thought about myself (negative thoughts), so I would preform a relationship with God. Recently I am now realizing how much of a perfectionist I am. Yet God told me “I didn’t call you to be perfect.” Performance took Grace away from me. Trusting has always been distorted which blurred my understanding of truth. Having me to solely rely on lies and negativity, instead of His word. 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 This is something God has shown me. That I fight against myself and not for myself. Because I could careless what would happen to me, it took the purpose God has for me. So God was out of the equation. Again thank you for confirming what God has been telling me about. I now understand more profoundly. God bless.

God spoke on a few points affirming things through this message thank you Pastor Preston for being a willing vessel. Colossians 3:23 was a verse I was looking up just a couple of hours before clicking on this video and because I DO work in film, I've been asking Him for direction on that path. Hi Pastor Preston. I want to say thank you. Thank you for willingly to be used by God. I am blessed with what God is trying to do with The Leader's Cut. At first, it was just an attempt to listen to 'processed' Word of God because I was too lazy to read and study it by myself, even though God already gave me the pathway. But God is a Good Father, He still uses my escape attempt to teach me, to spoon-feed me with HIS Words. You know what funny is that I would specifically choose the titles that I guessed fit with my life. Still, His mercies still allowed me to learn from them. All the episodes I have listened, taught and strengthened me in their own way the way God might wanted me to understand. So far, one point I would get in every episode I've listened is that God wanted me to obey, to steward what He entrusted me with in this season of life. You know, I have whined and complained a lot of times, asking Him what He wants me to do. I kept asking why i should do what He asked me to do. I keep asking Him what my calling is. So far, I still haven't got the answer. He always reminds me of His loving way to me as a father to his daughter. It is like God saying to me, "Daughter, just do what I entrusted you with. Steward it. Be a faithful servant. You know I'm in control, right? I know verywell that it is hard and looks impossible for you, but nothing is bigger than me. Your plan will never be the best for you. You realized it yourself, right? Do you remember that all of them are My doing? Take your cross. Surrender your burden to Me. Obey and faithful. Then, I'll show you." It is hard to go through a day with a heart of surrender to The God of the universe. But, He always proves to me that He is not done with me, and therefore, i should not too. I pray that God will open up to more and more of His plan in your life as you steward His ministry with Pillar Church, The Leader's Cut, and any other ministry that HE entrusted you with. Wow, this is very powerful. There are certain areas in my life that I have kept in the bar alone, and that changes today we must treat everything with excellent and all that we do do it all for the glory of the Lord right let me be at my best PRAISE THE LORD
