Another strength of the Ehrlund microphones are incredible feedback rejection. It´s a mystery to me that these guys don´t sell more microphones.

Great mics! The first pair of Neumans had phase issues. I'm guessing this is partly the reason why they sounded this thin.

No offense intended, but one of those U87s is seriously messed up... the other sounds excellent. Two good mics (or recorded signals, assuming the problem lies elsewhere in the signal path) would make for a fair comparison. Having said that I am a BIG fan of the Ehrlund mics.
