Bonjour Everyone! In this video I will show you how to make chicken in sauce the Haitian way. It’s pretty simple!
Clean and cut your chicken into the desired pieces, season, then steam for 20 minutes on medium heat. Save the broth and fry the chicken for a couple minutes. Then use the broth, tomato paste, and sauté in oil on medium high it turns into sauce. Add back your chicken, let it cook for a few minutes, taste the sauce, add cornstarch and water for thickness, add a few more seasonings and garnishes, cook for ten minutes until chicken is tender..
