That looks so delicious! I don’t know when you cooked this dish. However, I cooked Beef Stew tonight for dinner tonight - guess what I used? It was a tablespoon of Oyster Beef Sauce! I tend to use it in some of my American style cooking to add a little different flavor. Thanks again, Ling!

I mostly use canola oil and this year started using avocado oil. Peanut oil has more saturated fat compared to canola oil. I’m a believer of moderation. Nothing is perfect, is it? 😊
