StFX University Human Kinetics Skateboarding 2024 - Class 06.1
Class 06 was a bit of everything and by adding together the tricks already learned. It was also Jacob's first session at the Antigonish Skatepark.
St. Francis Xavier University is in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Canada.
The StFX Human Kinetics Department is the first university in the world to offer skateboarding as an accredited university course.
Charlene Weaving leads the StFX Human Kinetics Department and started the program. Jason Mason is the skateboard skills instructor.
The course includes; skateboard skills and movement, skateboard history, skateboard culture and the mindset of a skateboarder.
