STGAubron Gaming Desktop 

I'm getting ready to sell mine, built a new pc last night. They shipped me out a new pc right after I sent them the tracking number.

Yeah, you have to be careful. I've heard these STGAubron pre-builts (mostly ones with the 4th Gen) tend to have issues due to the poor quality motherboard, power supply, and SSD and there are other issues that these and other similar "renewed" PCs tend to have such as the poor quality Wi-Fi adapter (these are usually off-brand "Realtek" adapters and/or 802.11n) and the gaming keyboards and mice tend to be cheap no-names that don't perform or last well. The "renewed" PCs also suffer from sellers including cheap KingFast SSDs and Wi-Fi adapters. Some or most of these cheap "renewed gaming" PCs even have GPUs such as the GT 1030 that aren't equipped to handle games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Hogwarts Legacy.

@@ScarletAmethyst I’ve had great luck with this second one, but yes I see reviews of people having issues but I see them complaining about the Wi-Fi dongle and Bluetooth dongle and as soon as I saw them I knew they were cheap junk but the Bluetooth dongle works for the printers we have. That fact that they honored the warranty left me with a good feeling about them overall.

This PC is a decent offering for the price, nothing about it is new cutting edge, I selected this for the i7-10700kf processer and the 6600 graphics card which is a excellent pairing. I'm re-educating myself as I used to be hardcore into PC's but have fallen way behind, the short coming in this is the motherboard, if you notice the red light in the lower right hand corner don't flip out its just letting you know it has power and the blue light above it lets you know the gpu has power. Newer motherboard no longer use that red light and in fact the red light on newer boards indicates a problem. I called STG wanting to download a .pdf file of this board and none exist and this board is only used by them and has a older bios in it but my has a 11/23 flash update, I suspect they use the same board in all their PC's and the only differences is they change the socket for the cpu. (just a guess but most likely accurate) All parts appear to be new and mine screams with the games I'm playing I'm getting 120FPS in fortnite. I have no regrets with this purchase, just keep in mind it was less than $700, the cpu alone is $200 the gpu $200, 650 watt power supply about $50, sata 1tb about $50, 16 gig 2666mhz ram about $30 the case is decent and about a least $80, mother board is low end but at least $50, cooling fans maybe $30, cpu cooler at least $30 and a activated version of windows 11 is $111 (can be activated cheaper) Myself if I bought all these parts I think it would have cost more than I paid for it, its does what I want it to and was kinda cheap and I noticed all their PC prices went up but they may simply have raised the price for the holidays. I do plan to make another video, I see this one is now soldout. Good luck with it !

I didn’t use the blue tooth, I plugged right in the pc with the 3.5mm jack. I used that speaker for only a short time, the rgb got on my nerves it was a long process to turn it off amd of you turn the speaker off you have to through the whole process all over again.

Bury it in the dirt so you don’t start a fire

You may have to select the little speaker icon lower right corner and select it.

Bluetooth, I hate them I bought some with a microphone. I have to send mine back for service as the video card won’t run right it never goes over 30 watts and I have to run all games on low. They honoring the warranty though sent me labels and I have to take it to the ups store and they say they are going to repair it.

I used the plug cable it came with, the 3.5mm cable since the Bluetooth tends to disconnect.

World of warships on the pc is a whole different level, and I have all the graphics turned to max and doesn’t even slow this pc one bit.

I’ve been reluctant to pull the trigger based on what I used to do and spend on computers, finally said to myself why spend a fortune as long as it will run all the games I want to play. I definitely could have purchased a high end watch with what I’ve spent on past computers and like I said in the video those are in a landfill somewhere. This computer is pretty fast though, especially for what it cost.

I’ve had no issues with mine, but I’m on the verge of upgrading and building a new one and I’ll probably give this to my son. Now that I’m getting back into pc gaming I want more, planning on going to Pa to micro center store with a $1200 budget.

If it runs I would suggest downloading hardware info, not sure how pc familiar you are but it could help diagnose a hardware issue but it could be a conflict in windows to.

@@bluecollarwatches7048 I have done all the updates. Made sure they were all done and it crashes randomly. Maybe it's the power supply?

@@dmchiapet call customer service, Monday through Friday during business hours they usually got back to me within 2 hours, I’d drop them an email to. I found them to be legit I sent the first one back and they sent me out another one.

@@dmchiapet I’m not suggesting windows update, this program www.hwinfo.com/ it is a diagnostic tool the reads all the sensors. I run it in the background when I’m playing games sometimes. Maybe it’s running to hot and thermal throttling, if something runs to hot it will shutdown instead of shorting out. My wife’s old optiplex use to do that, I ran hardware info it logs in the background and I was able to see the rx550 gpu was overheating and I repasted the thermal paste it was old and dry. It could be something simple like that.

Did you pull the little plastic strip out of the remote for the battery ? I had my whole PC replaced as the power to my GPU was not hooked up correctly. I would call them and let them know it’s under warranty, considering the issue I had I trust this company as they stood by that warranty and replaced my PC.

If your comfortable doing it you could remove the thumb screws on the solid panel side of the PC, it’s most likely a loose wire you could make sure everything is pushed all the way in, I literally watched the Amazon driver just push my computer out of the truck and the box hit the concrete. I yelled at him that hey that’s a computer in there and pretty sure they don’t care.

If you check this make sure to unplug the PC I myself have no issues doing stuff like this as I’ve built 3 PC’s in the past.

make sure its plugged into the video card and not the mother board, hdmi and display port look alot alike also it could be in the wrong port. is it booting up ? if you plug into the port on the mother board it wont display anything, has to be plugged into the graphics card.

The power to the graphics card could have come loose in shipped it, make sure its pushed in all the way, there should be a blue light on the lower right corner of the mother board, that means the card is being read and it sees it. They get bounced around in shipping, I literally watched the amazon driver roll my out of the van was to lazy to pick it up. Good luck.

@bluecollarwatches7048 blue light is on I've tried all 3 display ports and the hdmi that's on the graphics card.

Oh there is a bottom on the mouse, just a on/off button on the keyboard I don’t even mess with rgb as I find it annoying.

Mines hinged with a magnetic latch.

Oh, I have a link to the ram I bought it was like $26 for it and there is no sense spending more as mine came with 2666mhz ddr4 non ecc ram, that link is a screaming deal and is in the description of this video and is the best and cheapest upgrade you could do. So I'm running 32 gig in mine, I upgraded it since I found such a deal on that ram and I'm not even close to using it all as the 16 was plenty but doubling the ram for $26 was a no brainer to me.

@@Soggy32 It just lift up out of the hinges once you open the door, but open it a good bit and lift up, it sits on pins. This is a decent case this pc is in.

@@bluecollarwatches7048 okay so mines is screwed inside and I cant do anything else to get the bubblewrap out since they put acorn screws around everything else

I can hear it but I wouldn’t say it’s loud, my case has excellent airflow.

You can control the fan speed with that remote to, I run mine 100% all the time this case cools really well. I may see my cpu and gpu maybe go to 57 degrees Celsius once in awhile, you can set the fan speed in the bios to but don’t mess with the bios unless you know what your doing.
